I am so pleased with my recent experience at the Duchy with Rob Windhaber. I was concerned about some veins on my legs and not thrilled by their appearance either. Mr Windhaber alleviated any concerns medically and explained what he was looking for. I am actually a very nervous patient and squeamish with blood. He was so accommodating of this and cheerful which relaxed me greatly. I proceeded to have sclerotherapy on my legs and although it was uncomfortable I'm so glad that I did. The procedure didn't take long and after a stint of wearing compression stockings I can say I'm really happy wit the results. I couldn't recommend him more.

I would highly recommend Mr Windhaber to anyone who needed varicose vein treatment. He was caring, professional and clearly explained everything during consultations and treatment. His whole team provided an excellent service, from Claire arranging the appointments to the Duchy staff who took great care of me during my treatments. Visually my legs will continue to improve over the forthcoming months but I am very pleased with the result so far. If I needed any further advice, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr Windhaber again.

I cannot recommend Mr Windhaber highly enough - he is approachable, kind, caring, knowledgable and professional. He assessed and carefully considered the best treatment options for me and I have received fantastic treatment from him and his team over the last few months at Duchy hospital. I could not be more pleased with the results and am feeling so much more confident as a result of the surgery. Thank you so much!

I have been under the care of Mr Windhaber over the last few months and cannot recommend him highly enough. As a healthcare professional you’d think I’d be relaxed in the hospital environment but the opposite was the case. Mr Windhaber put me at ease straight away, gave me time to ask and answer questions, explained the treatment options to me thoroughly, listing the pros/cons and possible complications and gave me time to make decision that was right for me. When it came to the organisation of my care and treatment, the whole team at Duchy were amazing, from Claire his secretary to the nurses and theatre team. I am extremely pleased with the results of my treatment after only a few weeks and am confident it is only going to get better! Bring on summer!!
